Indoors
All the property’s facilities are of premium quality. The villa now has 12 bedrooms accommodating up to 24 guests, thanks to 5 new independent suites, as well as a new gym area adjoining the yoga space and several upgrades to existing areas. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and all beds can be configured as twins for maximum flexibility.
The main house offers 5 bedrooms (including 3 with en-suite bathrooms and a family-room option by combining bedrooms 4 and 5), a fully equipped kitchen complemented by a prep kitchen, an elegant dining room with garden and sea views, and two garden lounges on a large private terrace with sunset views. The independent 2-bedroom annex features a kitchen, an open-plan living room, a shared bathroom, and a private terrace.
Outdoors
The grounds include a lovely lawn with spectacular sea views, the signature infinity pool, the herb gardens full of aromatic plants and bushes, an outdoor dining area and lots of small shaded relaxation spots with armchairs and hammocks.
For the children there is a treehouse to play in, and plenty of safe ground to roam around on. The big green lawn easily transformed into a football field for both the small and big ones. The dedicated 70 m2 yoga space with sunset views, will keep you energized with your private yoga teacher that can be facilitated to come during your stay. The gym will keep you fit also during your holiday. The Garden Chiringuito Bar and the Rustic Disco can be used for your celebrations.
Staff & Services
The prices include :
- 1 breakfast preparation by a member of the house staff for 5 hours a day (preparation, service and cleaning), the cost of ingredients is not included in the rental price. The house staff can also cook hot products (eggs). The cost of shopping will be charged to the guests.
Location

The idyllic village of St Carlos is 5 minutes away and spectacular beaches such as Cala Nova, Cala Llenya, Aguas Blancas and Cala St Vicente are just a short drive away. The villa is a 30 minute drive from Ibiza International Airport and a 20-25 minute drive from Ibiza Town.
