Indoors

The ground floor of the villa is designed for comfort and conviviality. The kitchen, measuring around 40 m², is fully equipped and has direct access to the north-facing terrace. Opposite the kitchen, separated by a small lounge, is a majestic formal dining room with a large table seating up to 16 people. This room enjoys uninterrupted views of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountains through three large windows, creating a bright and soothing atmosphere.
The ground floor also houses three separate lounges. The first, at the foot of the stairs, has a grand piano and a sofa, ideal for moments of musical serenity. The second, with its low tables and stools, is ideal for reading or playing board games. Finally, the third lounge has two spacious, comfortable sofas and a 70" Smart TV with access to digital channels and streaming platforms, perfect for movie nights with family and friends.
A double room adapted for people with reduced mobility is also located on this level, ensuring accessibility for all.
The seven other bedrooms are spread between the second and third floors. These include a reading room on the first floor, offering a quiet atmosphere with an en suite bathroom and views of the Tramuntana. Another bedroom, on the second floor, is set up for video game enthusiasts with a PS5, 42-inch TV, en-suite bathroom and stunning views.

The outside of Can Melocotón is an invitation to relax and socialise. Surrounded by terraces on all four sides of the house, the villa offers plenty of space to relax, eat or chat, whether in the sun or in the shade of the trees. On the east side, a covered porch with barbecue and table for 8 is perfect for al fresco dining. The north and south terraces are equipped with large tables seating up to 16 people each, ideal for large gatherings of family and friends.
The centrepiece of the outside area is undoubtedly the 20 x 5 metre infinity pool, located in the northern part of the garden. Offering spectacular views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, the pool has a shallow section and a deeper 2-metre section. Around the pool is a solarium with two Balinese beds, 10 sun loungers, tables and parasols, as well as two toilets with showers nearby, ensuring maximum comfort for all guests.
Outdoor parking for up to 6 vehicles is also available.

Housekeeping for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, is included in the price.
