This charming 165 m² house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This well-equipped and beautifully decorated villa offers an ideal setting synonymous with comfort and conviviality.

Respect for the environment is one of the fundamental values of this property. The house has a wide range of sustainable facilities: it is a plastic-free site (no single-use bottles, portable osmosis water available, water recycling system for irrigation, product recycling system, toilets with water-saving systems...).
Electricity comes from renewable sources and is partly generated by photovoltaic panels, which also provide natural heating. A percentage of the property's income is invested in sustainable development and community projects.


Outdoors 

Here, you can enjoy the pleasant Balearic climate at your leisure.
There is a swimming pool with counter-current system (8x4m - Depth: 1.58m), a garden, several terraces (one of which is covered), a barbecue, a children's play area, a table tennis table and an outdoor shower.
The terraces have been designed to accommodate your meals and offer panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
There is also a farm where you can take a walk and observe the animals.
The property also offers 2 parking spaces, a 2-car garage and parking for motorbikes and bicycles. There are also 2 bicycles at your disposal and a charging station for electric vehicles (included in the price, according to current hours).


Staff & Services

The price includes beds and house linen, bath amenities, pool towels, baby equipment (cot and high chair), concierge service, bicycles, garden and pool maintenance.
In addition, firewood is provided (free of charge) in winter.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as  shopping service, daily cleaning, childcare, linen change, the services of a chef, a personal trainer, boat hire...
