Outdoor spaces include sun loungers, a shaded porch, a hammock in the garden, and a rooftop terrace with sea views and a pergola—perfect for relaxing or stargazing.
Whether you're seeking calm or adventure, Villa Tramuntana is the ideal place to recharge, connect, and stay active by the sea. For outdoor fun, guests can enjoy three paddle boards, a basketball hoop, a football net for kids, pool floats, ping pong table, and beach rackets.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, and includes pool and beach towels plus a handpicked selection of bathroom amenities. On arrival, you'll be welcomed with fresh flowers, coffee capsules, milk, and a bottle of wine.

Indoors

Inside Villa Tramuntana, everything is arranged on a single floor with a focus on comfort, space, and style. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated with thoughtful details and a refined aesthetic. A large sliding glass door offers direct access to the pool and garden, bringing in abundant natural light and blending the indoor and outdoor spaces effortlessly.
The lounge area features a generous sofa, TV, and Bluetooth speaker—perfect for relaxing or spending quality time together. A small indoor dining table is ideal for casual meals, while a larger dining area provides space for shared gatherings.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay: a Nespresso machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and all necessary cookware. Sliding doors allow the kitchen to be closed off, offering flexibility and the option to separate it from the living area for a more defined atmosphere.
All four bedrooms are located on the same level and are fitted with air conditioning for your comfort. 


Outdoors

The outdoor areas at Villa Tramuntana are designed for both relaxation and enjoyment under the Mediterranean sun. The private pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and set within a lush garden with trees that offer natural shade throughout the day. A large hammock invites you to unwind, while the grassy area is perfect for play.
For those who enjoy outdoor activities, there’s a ping pong table, a football net for children, and plenty of space to move and explore.
A highlight of the villa is the rooftop terrace, featuring a stylish chill-out area with sea views and a pergola for sun protection—ideal for morning coffee or evenings under the stars.
The villa also offers a spacious outdoor dining area, fully shaded and equipped with a table and chairs for 10 guests. This area connects directly to the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy meals together outdoors in comfort.


Staff & Services

The rental includes bed linen, household towels, thick beach towels, light pareo-style towels for the pool, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. Additional services such as breakfast, a high chair and cot, extra cleaning hours, laundry, pre-stocking, and grocery delivery are available upon request.


Location

The villa is located in one of the quietest areas on the southeast coast of Menorca: Cap d'en Font, near Binisafúa beach. Its location is one of its greatest advantages, with several spectacular beaches just minutes away on foot. There are perfect spots nearby to enjoy stunning sunsets just a 5-minute walk from the villa. You can also visit the charming village of Binibeca, known for its whitewashed houses and lovely restaurants. Plus, the villa is conveniently only 15 minutes from Menorca Airport.
