Casa Vesta is a beautiful contemporary villa of 260m² and 5 bedrooms for 12 people with breathtaking views over the bay of Valinco near Propriano in the south of Corsica. Its wide wood and concrete facades hug the landscaped garden that surrounds it. With floor-to-ceiling windows, a dry garden, an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen and absolutely splendid views, Casa Vesta is a holiday home that exudes well-being. A wild beach is accessible on foot by a private road. In order to discover the wonderful coves around the estate, paddles and canoes are available.

Location
A small beach is at the foot of the house. It is only accessible by private road or by sea and is only 150m away.
Propriano is 5 minutes from the house, a charming seaside village, with its many restaurants, shops and activities, will help make your holiday resort an ideal destination with family or friends.
Less than an hour's drive away are the greens of the renowned Sperone (18-hole) and Murtoli golf courses.

Die Zufahrtsstraße könnte ausgebessert werden
La localisation de la maison est un atout indéniable : son accès rapide à la mer, avec une plage à l'écart de toute foule. Autre atout : la conception de la piscine face à la baie de Propriano offre un très beau panorama. On ne s'en lasse pas. Le boulodrome aura été la source de moments joyeux et agréables à vivre car il est, lui aussi, joliment implanté.
Autres atouts : la qualité de services. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le nettoyage et la préparation du barbecue et de la plancha (même si nous avons toujours veillé à laisser ces zones propres après usage). Les serviettes changées quotidiennement témoignent d'une considération portée aux visiteurs et ce n'est pas neutre quand on se baigne plusieurs fois par jour.
La conception de la maison est également très appréciable car tout est fonctionnel. La maison est très bien équipée, jusque dans les moindres détails dans le matériel de la cuisine. Une mini-suggestion : pourquoi pas une trancheuse pour mieux savourer les jambons et charcuteries corses ? ;-).
Nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisé le service conciergerie de Villanovo, hormis le premier jour. Mais Ugo était très agréable et chaleureux.
Les points faibles de la maison : l'odeur de souffre qui survenait très régulièrement, plusieurs fois par jour, sans que l'on sache pourquoi ni comment. Forcément, cela a rendu plus désagréables certains moments passés à l'extérieur pendant que nous dinions ou nagions. Et dans ce niveau de prestations et de prix, c'est vraiment dommage. La zone de stationnement oblige à quelques manœuvres mais il n'y a là rien de rédhibitoire.
Villa is amazing, well-designed house, beautiful views of Propriano Bay and a short private walk to a wild beach.
The host Jenny is very helpful and responsive. We had bread and pastries delivered every morning.
It was a perfect vacation.
Villanovo website is very informative, detailed descriptions and lots of photos. The selection of villas is amazing. The customer service was great, always responded quickly and very helpful.

Bref tout est là pour passer des vacances de rêve.
La sélection de villas proposée par Villanovo est belle : on a juste l’embarras du choix !
