Built on several levels connected by outdoor staircases, the villa features a layout that highlights the natural light and views of the turquoise waters. The living room, which opens fully onto the main terrace, features a cozy lounge area furnished with comfortable sofas and a flat-screen TV, creating a warm and soothing atmosphere.
The indoor dining room is situated near the open kitchen, organized around a central island that naturally facilitates shared moments, from breakfast to gatherings after a day at the beach. The openings facing the ocean at the front and the garden area to the side enhance the sense of space and escape.


Outdoors 

At the front, the main terrace faces the horizon and Marigot Bay. A shaded outdoor lounge area invites you to relax with a view of the sea, while the first pool extends the vista, creating a seamless transition between sky and ocean. A second, more secluded terrace nestles among the palm trees and offers a peaceful retreat. Below, near the bedrooms, the second pool creates a very private space, surrounded by lush greenery, ideal for enjoying different atmospheres throughout the day.

An attentive team ensures guests’ comfort throughout their stay. The property is meticulously maintained thanks to regular visits from a housekeeper, a pool technician, and a gardener. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
