Villa in a walled residence guarded by day and night, comprising 20 villas on the ground floor, all in Arab-Andalusian style. The gardens of the villas are surrounded by walls preventing any view from the outside. These private gardens open through a special door onto pedestrian paths running along ponds, and planted with olive, orange and lemon trees. These walled alleys provide a peaceful pedestrian path through the entire residence, allowing it to be crossed from one end to the other, sheltered from any encounter with a vehicle and without directly seeing any villa. With an interior of 230 m2, the villa offers you a relaxing environment.

Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub with shower head. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 3
Room. This bedroom has 2 single beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub with shower head. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, private terrace.


Indoors

• 1 bouh (covered terrace: dining room and summer lounge) of 35 m2
• All the rooms are on the ground floor and open onto the garden through several French doors to each room.

Outdoors

The garden of approximately 1000 m2 goes around the house; it is completely walled so that no view of the garden and the swimming pool is possible from the outside.
The swimming pool is 13 m long including 3 m small covered bath under a decorative Moroccan pavilion, and 5 m wide. About 1.50 to 1.60 deep.


Staff & services

A housekeeper is available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. to clean and prepare breakfast. 
With an additional charge, the housekeeper can be asked to prepare lunch and even dinner.
The villa also offers the possibility, as an option and with extra cost, to heat the pool. In this case, please note that 3 days of preheating of the pool are required.
The rental price also includes the daily maintenance of the swimming pool, as well as the daily maintenance and watering services of the garden.

Selected external contributors can come to your home to practice massages and body treatments, as well as transfers or excursions (in the mountains, by the ocean, etc.).


Location

A few hundred meters away, a douar makes it possible to stock up on all kinds of basic products, in traditional shops. 10 minutes by car via an excellent 2 x 2 lane road, a hypermarket allows you to stock up on more specific products or products of European standards.
The hyper-center and the hustle and bustle of Marrakech are 25 minutes away by car, via the route described above.
The hustle and bustle of Marrakech quickly makes you want to return to the peaceful calm of the residence!

If you want to golf, several of the most prestigious golf courses (Golf Royal, Amelkis, Al Maaden are nearby, between the residence and the center of Marrakech, about 10 minutes by car. At the same distance you can find several luxury hotels ( including Oberoi, Mandarin Oriental, Amanjena) for an aperitif, lunch, dinner, refreshment by the pool, or treatments in the hammam and at the sports and relaxation club.
