Riad Elkami is an authentic 18th century riad, located in the heart of the medina of Marrakech. Fully restored in 2019 preserving the original structure and architectural elements, this beautiful and peaceful place can accommodate up to 15 people (15 adults + 2 babies in cots). Room 1 - Aisha :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, direct access to the courtyard. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm four poster bed. Bathroom ensuite, private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 2 - Fatima :
Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, direct access to the courtyard. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 80 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 3 - Talitha - Chambre 1 :
Suite, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 80 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 4 - Talitha - Chambre 2 :
Suite, 1st floor. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 2 twin beds 80 cm configurable as a double bed, 1 single bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 5 - Maha :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 80 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Room 6 - Malika :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 80 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom ensuite, private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace, private balcony.

Room 7 - Talitha - Chambre 3 :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 80 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

The Talitha suite is composed of 3 large rooms with a single entrance: 2 bedrooms and a large living room in the middle of them which offers a 3rd bedroom.


Indoors 

The place has been completely renovated and every detail has been carefully thought out. Inside, guests will immerse themselves in the real spirit of the place, steeped in over three hundred years of history. Berber doors, carved wood, wrought iron and traditional objects have been skilfully combined with elements that provide a high level of comfort and luxury.
The riad, which is spread over 3 floors, has 7 large bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 15 adults (the property also features 2 cots and 2 high chairs).
Guests can also enjoy the traditional Hammam & private SPA, which offers a true sensory experience where every gesture concentrates centuries of tradition.


Outdoors​ 

The property has a lovely patio with pool (1.90 x 5.4 metres) and sunbeds on the terrace.
This guarded residence also has outdoor dining areas, a lounge area and a large terrace. 
Guests can enjoy the coolness of the patio under the shade of its palm trees, chill with Moroccan tea in the relaxation area while reading a book, or enjoy a fresh orange juice on the terrace after enjoying the Moroccan sun. 


Staff & Services

The riad has a team of house staff, a night guard and a cook.
The price includes a concierge service, daily housekeeping, bath amenities and breakfast.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as organization of traditional dinners/lunches or private parties, guided tours of Marrakech and its surroundings, various activities, baby equipment, chef services, airport transfers, a car with driver, bikes...


Location

The Riad is a haven of tranquillity in a quiet little street, away from the hustle and bustle of the market.
It is only a ten-minute walk from Djemaa el Fna Square - the heart of the medina - and less than five minutes from the Ben Youssef Medersa (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) and the Secret Garden.
