Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, private terrace.

Note: the TV lounge can be converted to provide 4 additional beds.


Indoors 

The interiors maximise natural light and harmoniously combine modern comfort with Moroccan charm. The spacious living room, with its television and fireplace, invites you to rest and relax. The elegantly furnished dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals. A multipurpose room, which can be converted into a cinema room or used as additional sleeping space, adds to the villa's flexibility. In the basement, a massage room offers an intimate setting for complete rejuvenation.


Outdoors 

The exteriors are as attractive as the interiors. The swimming pool* (17 x 4.5m - Depth: 0.4 to 1.6m) promises pleasant moments under the Moroccan sun. A pétanque court and a shaded pool house enhance the leisure options. The terraces, particularly the one on the upper floor, offer spectacular views of the golf course and the Atlas Mountains. Designed for relaxation and enjoyment, the outdoor areas feature numerous corners where you can relax or enjoy al fresco dining.

*The swimming pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost.

For your other meals, two catering options are available:

• "À la carte" formula: You don't have to worry about shopping for ingredients, as we take care of that for you:
  • Lunch: from €30 per person per meal,
  • Dinner: from €30 per person per meal.
  • Children under 10: 50% discount and free for children under 3.
     
• "En liberté" formula : You pay for the shopping (and an additional €10 for transport). The house staff will then do the shopping and cook with the ingredients purchased. Cook's fee: €30/day.
