Indoors 

The villa's interiors are distinguished by their brightness, harmonious proportions and modern décor inspired by the gentle Caribbean style. The choice of materials and decorative objects echoes the natural environment and invites relaxation, while remaining resolutely contemporary.
The spacious living room opens onto the terrace and swimming pool through large bay windows, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. Enjoy a cosy lounge, an elegant dining room and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. 


Outdoors 

The house is designed to enjoy the Caribbean climate: large wooden terrace, heated infinity pool (7.5 x 3m - depth: 1.45m) with sea view, sun loungers and shaded relaxation areas. The landscaped garden features tropical plants that provide coolness and privacy.
Less than a two-minute walk away, a private access leads to the beach of the Manganao Hotel. For al fresco dining, an outdoor dining area completes the ensemble.
The villa also includes private parking (2 spaces).

Located in Saint-François, the villa enjoys an exceptional location: just a few steps from superb beaches, the golf course, the casino, the marina and its festive atmosphere.
