Indoors 

The interior spaces are pleasant and open to the ocean views surrounding the villa.
The living room, which is air-conditioned and equipped with a fan, offers a view of the ocean. It features a Smart TV, Apple TV, and a Sony sound system, and provides a comfortable space to relax after a day at the beach.
The kitchen, also air-conditioned, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an espresso machine, a toaster, and a blender.
A fitness room rounds out the interior spaces. It includes a treadmill, an exercise bike, a rowing machine, and dumbbells, as well as a refrigerator and a television.


Outdoors 

The terrace at Villa Élysée takes full advantage of the property’s elevated location and offers beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.
The 8 x 4-meter heated pool allows you to enjoy the outdoor areas year-round. At the far end of the terrace, the heated hot tub overlooks Petit Cul de Sac Bay and Tortue Island. It’s a particularly pleasant spot to relax while admiring the scenery and sunsets. The elevated location also ensures plenty of privacy, while still providing easy access to the beaches of Petit Cul de Sac and Grand Cul de Sac.

Villa Élysée is serviced by a housekeeper, a pool attendant, and a gardener. House linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also provided.


Location

Villa Élysée is located on the hills above Petit Cul de Sac, in a quiet and idyllic setting on Saint Barthélemy. Its elevated position offers unobstructed views of the ocean, Petit Cul de Sac Bay, and the islands of Saint Martin, Anguilla, and Tortuga.
The beaches of Petit Cul de Sac and Grand Cul de Sac are just a few minutes’ drive away. Gustavia is about a 20-minute drive away, while restaurants and supermarkets are about 15 minutes away. The airport is located about 15 minutes from the villa.
