- Main house (3rd floor): 1 double bedroom (with en-suite shower room and separate toilet, terrace with sea views), 1 double bedroom (with en-suite shower room, separate toilet, terrace with sea views), 1 separate double bedroom (with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet, terrace with sea views), laundry room.
- Main house (4th floor) : Open fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large terrace with summer lounge and dining area, dining room with sea view, living room with TV with sea view, guest toilet. From this level, you have access to the swimming pool.
- 5th floor: 1 master bedroom (with en suite bathroom, separate wc, dressing room, safe).
Outdoors
From the large terraces, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Cap d'Antibes, the Eden Roc hotel and an extraordinary sunset.
You will also appreciate the beautiful infinity pool (10 x 4m), which can be heated.
