Indoors 

The villa's generous 250 m² of interior space combines style and sophistication. Each room is bright and welcoming, with air conditioning for optimum comfort. With contemporary lines and quality materials, the villa's interior exudes a sense of relaxed luxury.
The spacious living area includes a bau living room, a modern 100 m² kitchen (opening onto two sublime terraces) and a dining area.


Outdoors 

The 1500 m² outdoor space is an invitation to relax. You'll find a garden planted with trees, with a serene and intimate atmosphere. Three different terraces allow you to enjoy the best of outdoor living, each equipped with tables and chairs for 12 guests. The heated swimming pool (10x4m - Depth: 1.7m) is surrounded by 12 sun loungers, perfect for a sunbathing session. A petanque court and plancha grill complete the outdoor facilities.


Location

Ideally located, the house is in one of the most privileged spots on the Giens peninsula. With access to the sea just 100 metres away, it's easy to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and water sports. The nearby beaches of Badine and Almanarre are must-see spots for sea lovers and windsurfers. The village of Giens, with its charming shops and restaurants, is also nearby, offering a taste of local culture and Provençal gastronomy.
