The decoration is in perfect harmony with the history and spirit of the estate, dating from 1880, combining modernity and Provencal charm. The rich architectural past is highlighted by the attention to detail and the choice of noble and natural materials.
With a total surface area of 1,000 m2, Villa Louise is composed of 11 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms (a main villa and two outbuildings) with views of the sea and the estate.
Main house:
On the ground floor, guests will appreciate the spacious living areas all overlooking the terrace with sea and garden views (entrance, living room, dining room, bar, wine cellars, open plan Gaggenau equipped kitchen, pantry, lift).
On the 1st floor there are 3 large suites with independent bathrooms and large terraces with sea and private park views.
The 2nd floor has 2 suites with bathrooms and a shared terrace with sea view.
The basement offers a space dedicated to the staff of the villa and a laundry.
Annexes :
- The independent suite is composed of 2 double bedrooms (with bathrooms), a kitchen/living room and a terrace with sea view.

Outdoors
Guests can appreciate the peace and quiet of the wooded park (8,000 m2 - enclosed and secure) of the estate and stroll through the paths of the vegetable garden, with its aromatic scents and varied essences, typical of the south of France.
At the villa, they can enjoy the heated pool (15x6m and with security system), the pool house of 45 m2 (with summer kitchen, barbecue and lounge area) and the Jacuzzi.
The property has a covered private parking for 3 cars and a private helipad.

The price includes: a personalised floral bouquet, a courtesy drink on arrival (Champagne or Côtes de Provence wine,
soft drinks, water, fruit juices, Nespresso coffee, tea, linen), housekeeping (an average of 1 hour per room per day by one of the chambermaids)
including cleaning of communal areas and pool house, final cleaning, change of room linen every 4 days, change of bathroom linen and pool towels at your discretion, maintenance of outside areas (garden and pool), 24-hour security system (with a security team available 24 hours a day in high season).
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as rental of a Fjord 44 boat (for a maximum of 11 people), breakfast, laundry service (washing/ironing), additional cleaning time...
Location
The villa is ideally located in the heart of a preserved nature and close to Saint-Tropez and the famous beaches of Pampelonne.
The Sylvabelle beach, considered as one of the most beautiful beaches of La Croix-Valmer (for its wild side, its typical vegetation of the region and the beauty of its transparent water) is only 400 meters from the domain.
The Gigaro Grande beach (family beach of La Croix-Valmer with "Pavillon Bleu" label since 2020) is located 1km5 from the domain. It is the largest sandy beach in La Croix Valmer.
The beach of Pampelonne, the most famous of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, is 7km from the estate.
