Its interiors house a spacious 45 m² kitchen, a 40 m² dining room, an 80 m² living room that features a bar area, a 30m² billiards corner, and a 50m² cinema/meeting room. The second floor leads to a corridor with seven cozy bedrooms. Just a few steps away, under the awning, are three additional rooms lending optimal comfort.
