Indoors 

Inside, the spaces are expansive and bathed in warm natural light. The generous living room opens onto a furnished terrace, creating a seamless transition between indoors and out. The open, modern and fully equipped kitchen encourages convivial gatherings and sharing. The villa also includes a practical laundry room, a massage room* and a large TV lounge, ideal for relaxing with family or friends.


Outdoors 

Outside, the villa offers a true haven of peace. The spacious terrace serves as the main living area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, a dining space for 10 to 12 guests, and a lounge corner perfect for taking in the breathtaking view. Enjoy the jacuzzi nestled among strawberry trees and rocks, along with a small wooden deck for moments of tranquility. The heated pool** is an indispensable amenity for cooling off under the Corsican sun.


Staff & Services

The rate includes housekeeping service (Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 2 hours per day). End-of-stay cleaning is additional (mandatory) and amounts to 650 €.


Location

Ideally positioned to offer an exceptional panorama, the residence immerses you in the idyllic setting of the Rive Sud d’Ajaccio. Here, you will savor sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea and easily reach some of the region’s most beautiful beaches. Nestled in a private and peaceful environment, the villa is nonetheless only 20 minutes by car from Ajaccio, where you can discover the full cultural and gastronomic richness of Corsica. The seaside resort of Porticcio, the nearest town, is accessible in around ten minutes.
