The interiors are distinguished by a spacious, luminous living area thanks to its sliding glass doors that open onto the expansive terrace. The gem of the villa's exterior is its 275 m² wooden terrace, featuring a superb heated pool (10 x 3.5m, Min depth: 0.4m and Max depth: 1.4m). Adjacent to the kitchen, it includes a shaded dining area, as well as a relaxation zone with sun loungers and cushions. An outdoor cooking area is equipped with a barbecue, plancha, and stone grill. You will also find a large pétanque court, perfect for convivial moments surrounded by a scrubland setting, with ample parking for several vehicles.

The villa is just 15 minutes from Figari airport, 20 minutes from Bonifacio, and 40 minutes from Porto-Vecchio.
