Indoors 

The house is divided into two areas, around the living areas characterised by huge windows which offer a harmonious contrast between the sea and the land with its endemic Corsican vegetation.
At the entrance level, visitors will find a pleasant living-dining room (open onto the garden and terrace), a lovely equipped kitchen (with access to an outdoor dining area), a loggia and a guest toilet. This level also includes a laundry room and four bedrooms with sea views: one double bedroom (with bathroom and toilet), two double bedrooms (sharing a separate shower room and toilet) and one double bedroom (with shower room and direct access to the terrace).
The garden level, which is accessed by a staircase, leads to two further air-conditioned bedrooms (sharing a bathroom and separate toilet).

Outdoors​ 

This 6,000 square metres fenced property offers pleasant exteriors and has a parking.
Guests can enjoy huge terraces (approx. 170 sqm), a nice garden, a gas barbecue, an outdoor shower and a beautiful 12 x 4 metre pool (with roller shutter for security). They will also be able to admire beautiful views of Palombaggia and the Cerbical Islands.
On the other hand, the beach of Palombaggia is accessible by foot from the villa.

Staff & Services

The price includes the final housekeeping and a concierge service.
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services, such as housekeeping service (weekly surface cleaning and change of linen) or pool heating.


Location

Villa Emiliana is only 5 minutes walk from the beach of Palombaggia and close to the town (about 10 kilometres from Porto-Vecchio).
The first local shops are about 3 kilometres away and the nearest supermarket is 7 kilometres away.
The property is also 20 kilometres from Figari Sud Corse airport and 10 kilometres from the ferry terminal.
Guests will also have easy access to various sporting activities in the vicinity: golf, scuba diving, quads, jet skiing, water skiing, canyoning, horse riding...
