The house has five elegant and fully equipped bedrooms. The four bedrooms on the ground floor have access to the garden or terrace. Upstairs, the master suite is a haven of privacy with its large bathroom, dressing room and private terrace.

Room 2
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, dressing room.

Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, TV, dressing room, outside shower.

Room 4

Indoors 

The interior boasts refined architecture and a serene atmosphere. The décor combines modern elegance, noble materials and Mediterranean touches, creating a stylish and cosy environment for all times of the day.
The spacious 100m² living room, flooded with light from large bay windows, invites you to relax or enjoy convivial moments facing the garden and swimming pool. The space opens onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, complete with a discreet utility room, and a cosy dining room. 


Outdoors 

The house is set in a beautiful landscaped garden with lawns, olive trees and local plants. Its large mirror pool (11 x 4.5m - depth: 0.4 to 1.5m), heated in spring* and temperate in summer**, is the heart of outdoor life, surrounded by terraces, deckchairs and a lounge area under a pergola. A pool house and summer kitchen are ideal for al fresco dining, while a pétanque court promises moments of fun and conviviality.
The private path leading to the sea crosses listed ponds, offering an enchanting walk among wildlife and unspoilt nature before reaching Cabanon Bleu beach, just a few minutes away.
The parking can accommodate 3 cars.

* The pool is heated in April and May.
** In summer, the pump can be used to cool it down (to 26°C).


Staff & Services

A cleaning service is included three times a week, with the option of additional services (on request and at an extra cost).
The pool and garden are maintained with the utmost discretion (pool cleaner once a week and gardener once every fortnight).
