Room 11 - Gîte Linotte :

Room 12 - Studio Chardonneret :
Room. This bedroom has 1 double bed Queen size. Bathroom private, with shower.

Note : Gîte Linotte has a sofa bed in the living room.


Indoors 

In the heart of this 16th century building, 12 rooms are fitted out in a contemporary and refined style that enhances the soul of the place. This relaxing estate includes a Château, two gîtes and a studio.

Château (Capacity: 17 persons) :
Ground floor:
- A 45m² kitchen (dining table for 14 to 16 guests, gas fireplace, access to the park),
- A dining room of 68m² (capacity of 30 people, wood burning fireplace, video projector, access to the park),
- A small living room of 33 m² (with large television),
- A linen room,
- A back kitchen,
- Access to the park by the pool and poolhouse, vegetable garden and henhouse,
- A ping-pong room above.
1st floor :
- 3 suites (with bathrooms).
2nd floor :
- 1 suite (with bathroom).
3rd floor (attic):
- Three suites and one bedroom (air-conditioned and with bathrooms).

Gîte Sitelle (Capacity: 4 people):
- Two bedrooms,

Gite Linotte (Capacity : 4 persons) :
- One bedroom,

- A living room (with sofa bed),

- Studio with shower room, equipped kitchen, small living room and terrace.


Outdoors​ 

The Château's vineyard covers 29 hectares in the heart of the Bourgueil AOC. Its vines are entirely organic and it is certified HVE (High Environmental Value), a label based on environmental performance indicators.
The estate has a large wooded park of 1.5 hectares. You can therefore enjoy the benefits of the outdoors.
You will also appreciate the 100 m2 pool (20 x 5m - depth from 30 to 160cm), which is heated to 28° from May to September, as well as the pool house (with toilets, 1 outdoor shower and 1 indoor shower) and a barbecue.


Staff & Services

The staff of the estate are present every day from 10am to 6pm from April to September and from Monday to Saturday from October to March.
During your stay, you will be offered a wine tasting of the estate's wines.

You can explore the region, which is rich in heritage, wine tourism and sightseeing opportunities.
In the surrounding area, you will be able to practice outdoor activities such as horse riding, canoeing, cycling...
- The Abbey of Fontevraud and the troglodyte villages of Turquant are 25km away.
- Less than 30km away are the castles of : Candes, Azay-Le-Rideau, Ussé, Villandry, the royal fortress of Chinon...
