The chalet was designed by reknowned architect Wilmotte. The chalet is located in Les Houches, 10 minutes from Chamonix, with a beautiful view of Mont Blanc to the South/Southeast and splendid views of the Chamonix peaks to the East. Right behind the chalet it is the Prarion, and facing West is the Montagne Parmonaz.

The whole house is heated by underfloor heating. Each bathroom is a heated by towel warmers.
Location
The chalet is located in the town of Les Houches in a place called "Les Chavants." It is located 150 metres from the Prarion ski lift.
Only 25 metres from the chalet is an excellent daycare facility for children, a ski school for kids, climbing and several tennis courts.
There is also a spa and a swimming pool in the residence which is located only 100 metres from the chalet.
On the other side, there are a few shops, ski rental companies and the Prarion ski lift which are only 150 metres away.

En face des Piou Piou
Il n'y a pas de commerces au Prarion et pas de restaurants. Il faut donc prendre la voiture pour toutes les commodités. Cette année avec la neige et les pistes fermées à Chamonix, il était difficile de circuler aux Houches .
