Note: The fifth bedroom is a cabin-style room with bunk beds (sleeps two) and is connected to one of the double bedrooms

Located on the first floor of a luxury residence, this 120 m² duplex offers spacious and comfortable living areas. The cosy living room, decorated with fine materials, has large windows that let in natural light, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The dining area, adjacent to a modern, fully equipped kitchen, is perfect for sharing convivial meals.

The bedrooms, designed to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children, combine privacy and comfort, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
On the ground floor: one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and separate toilet .
On the first floor, you will find: a dormitory bedroom with two bunk beds, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room and another double bedroom and cabin with bunk beds (sleeps two).

Although located close to the centre of Val d'Isère, the apartment enjoys a peaceful setting, offering the ideal environment to recharge your batteries. The terrace, accessible from the living areas, allow you to enjoy the picturesque view of the snow-capped peaks and relax in the fresh air. The residence's outdoor facilities include a ski locker and a parking space, making it easy to get around and store your equipment.


Staff & Services

The rental includes a welcome at the agency, bathroom products, household linen and towels, beds made on arrival, end-of-stay cleaning and mid-stay cleaning.

Additional services are available on request and at an extra cost: extra bed linen and towels, extra cleaning during your stay, high chair and cot.
