Renovated in 2026, Ferme Anabelle extends over around 280 m² across two floors, in Pra-Loup 1500. It sleeps up to ten guests in five bedrooms and opens onto a 300 m² south-east-facing terrace overlooking the valley and the surrounding mountains. Indoors 

On the ground floor, a cloakroom occupies the entrance. A casino room brings together a billiard table, a blackjack table, a roulette wheel and a dartboard. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an ironing board and an iron.

On the first floor, the spacious, bright living room has a high ceiling and exposed beams. It is divided into four areas: a relaxation area, a television area with fireplace, a dining area and a bar. A large solid-wood table seats ten. The fireplace has a wood-burning insert, with logs provided, and a reading corner extends the relaxation area. The modern kitchen has a round table with four chairs and a bar with three stools. It includes a large fridge with freezer compartment and ice maker, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a four-ring hob with integrated extractor hood, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a kettle and a wine cooler.


Outdoors 

The 300 m² terrace offers views of the mountains. It includes a pergola with a large table, a lounge area with armchairs and a log store.

Parking is available in front of the farmhouse.


Staff & Services

Hotel-style service is provided: beds are made on arrival and bath linen is supplied. Electricity consumption is settled on departure.

The farmhouse is non-smoking and pets are strictly not permitted.


Location

The farmhouse is in Pra-Loup 1500, in a small hamlet of traditional mountain chalets. It is around 700 metres from the Molanes gondola, but is not located at the foot of the slopes. The Pra-Loup ski area can be reached in around 5 minutes by car, or by the free shuttle bus that stops nearby. Barcelonnette and the Bois Chenu golf course are ten minutes away.
