Indoors

On entering the property, you are greeted by an airy, spacious atmosphere, a feature common to all the rooms.
The property is divided among three distinct units with bedrooms on opposing ends of the living room and kitchen, the entrance halls opens onto a covered pergola with marble floors that leads directly to a small office and the two en-suite master bedrooms, which share access to the attractive pool located to the back of this unit, granting intimacy and privacy. 
The guesthouse is located on the opposite side of the premises and includes two en-suite guest bedrooms both spilling onto the outdoor living area,  a further guest bedrooms is located on an upper level with external access and allowing for fantastic views over the Aegean sea. 
The living room is all about comfort with all modern amenities and accessing directly the property’s kitchen, a professionally equipped space with undeniable appeal for guests fond of cooking. 


Outdoors

An elegant lounge with shaded pergola offers the outdoor sitting and dining area. Guests can enjoy their barbecue at the refined dining table or simply sitting, relaxing and enjoying the sea views.
The villa has two private swimming pools, one 65 m long and a smaller 5 x 3 m pool at the rear of the property, giving it privacy and discretion.


Services and staff

Your stay at the villa includes a range of services to ensure you have a pleasant stay: six-hour daily maid service (staff on site) and twice-weekly change of sheets and towels.
