Indoors
The house is divided into two buildings.
The first houses the living spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two en-suite bedrooms and a guest WC. The second building comprises three further bedrooms, a semi-equipped kitchen and a private gym. In total, the villa offers five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The rooms are air-conditioned, connected to wifi, and the living room features a fifty-five-inch television.
The property also includes a laundry room and is fitted with an alarm system.
Outdoors
The infinity pool (17 x 3m – depth: 1.5m) opens onto the Bay of Navarino. An outdoor shower completes this area. Nearby, a barbecue area has been set up among the olive trees that cover most of the one-hectare plot, offering a shaded setting for outdoor meals.
Location
The villa is located in Messinia, around fifteen minutes from Gialova and its lagoon, one of the most important natural habitats in the Mediterranean. Voidokilia beach, the fortresses of Pylos and Methoni, and the archaeological site of the Palace of Nestor are all nearby. Kalamata airport is around forty kilometres away, roughly a forty-minute drive.
