Villa Victorina was born as a country farm in 1700 in the enchantments of the Val d’Orcia and Val di Chiana. The proximity of the thermal waters and the village of San Casciano dei Bagni makes staying in this corner of Tuscany a unique experience unlike any, a place to rediscover the tranquility of the past as time here has no dimensions. The villa was recently renovated, carefully crafted by only selecting all-natural materials from the area. We are able to offer comfortable accommodations and hospitality to families or groups of up to 14 guests. In the summertime, you can to enjoy the garden with its various relaxation areas, a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the coolness of the woods in which we are submerged. During the winter time, the coziness of the house, enriched by the warmth of the fireplaces, makes the atmosphere feel magical.

Indoors

2 large rooms 1 with table and chairs, one with comfortable sofas, two sitting rooms offer internal areas where you can get together, a service bathroom available, a fully equipped kitchen. The furnishings come from country antiques or belong to the owner's family. The tableware is of Italian brands, all the materials used in the recent renovation are of Tuscan origin.
The living room on the first floor has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV area with PS4 and family games.
All the rooms of the villa in addition to the bedrooms, kitchen, common rooms have independently adjustable fan coil air conditioning.


Outdoors

A large fenced garden of approximately 20,000 m2 with plants, flowers and large centuries-old oaks surrounds the villa and guarantees privacy and tranquility. You can take advantage of pitches for gymnastics or relaxation scattered under the large oak trees.
Two pergolas, various scattered sitting areas, allow you to dine or have breakfast outdoors. The villa also has a delightful terrace on the first floor.
The large infinity pool surrounded by the garden, equipped with pergola, sun beds, offers total relaxation.
The pool area is entirely fenced-in, enclosed by gates. There is also a large sandbox either for the pleasure of children or a sandy beach for adults.

It is accessed from a staircase in front of the villa or from the driveway.
The whole property is fenced, there are fruit trees and a vegetable garden. Another 6 hectares of wood are owned and guarantee a lot of privacy.


Staff & Services

The owner is present in a structure not far from the villa but in total privacy she guarantees a 24 / 24h concierge service. Chef Francesco collaborates by preparing breakfasts, lunches, dinners on request. Cutting boards or treats to be served by the pool or in the garden for tastings. The cleaning lady tidies up the rooms and the villa every day. A gardener and a pool attendant form the Villa Victorina staff.

The prices include : welcome dinner with chef and raw materials, daily cleaning (3hr per day and 6 days a week), the villa's internal staff will prepare breakfast every day including raw materials, AC or heating in every room (3 packs of 15 kg each per day for pellet stoves), Wifi, change of bed linen on Saturday, change of bathroom linen on Wednesday and Saturday, use of the laundry room (with washing machine, dryer and iron), upon arrival 6 bottles of local wine, kitchen equipped with basic necessities, final clearing, city tax, pool towels provided one per person.

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as :  cooking classes, pizza party, yoga lessons, massages, ceramic experiences, chef service, extra cleaning, extra change for bed and bathroom linen and bathroom linen...

 Private chef: the villa offers a private chef service for dinners during the guests' stay, every evening. Raw materials are not included and must be paid separately.


Situation

Villa Victorina is located in a still very natural territory without factories or modern settlements. Very close to the delightful San Casciano dei Bagni one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, a short distance from the famous Val d'Orcia place of famous film sets in the world, it offers a strategic starting point to visit within 1 hour many characteristic places Pienza Montepulciano Montalcino Cortona Siena Arezzo Perugia Orvieto.
We are in the area of excellent food, wine oil meats game mushrooms and truffles are part of the local gastronomy of excellence.


Notes : 
- "Casa Rosa", where the owner resides in total privacy from the villa, homes a cooking school where fun and productive cooking classes are held on request with its small restaurant used only and exclusively for guests of the villa for dinners, thus avoiding odors and noises and tidying up times in the villa which is always for the exclusive use of guests.
- The access dirt road for about 1 km inserted in the woods has been completely redone, any vehicle can pass easily including larger vans.
