Indoors 

The main pavilion opens onto a spacious living and dining area. The walls are whitewashed, the ceilings have exposed timber beams and the floors are terrazzo. The room is organised around a fireplace and raffia-fringe pendant lights. Leather modular sofas, kilim rugs and bespoke joinery create a restrained atmosphere that extends onto the covered terraces and the pool deck. You will find two kitchens, which open onto a dining room for twelve. A library lounge with herringbone timber bookshelves, set next to the living room, offers a quieter spot.

A wellness wing brings together a private gym, a Finnish sauna, a steam room, a climate-controlled wine cellar and a TV lounge with timber-slat walls.


Outdoors 

The pavilions are arranged around a central outdoor area. A sculptural olive tree marks the main terrace, and timber boardwalks run through the dune garden, linking the pavilions to the outdoor shower.
The infinity-edge pool* (15 x 4 m, depth up to 2.1 m) is framed by a wide timber deck with sun loungers and parasols. Outdoor dining areas and lounge spaces, along with a barbecue, extend the covered terraces.
Ten outdoor parking spaces are available next to the house.

*On request and at an additional cost, the pool can be heated.


Location

The house is set in Comporta’s protected pine landscape, near Praia do Pego, with direct access to the dunes. The centre of Carvalhal, the restaurants and the cafés are 1.2 kilometres away, and the shops are 1.3 kilometres away. The golf course is 2.5 kilometres away and the beach is 3 kilometres away.
