The heated pool (12 m × 5 m, depth 1–1.8 m), secured, is surrounded by sun loungers, summer lounges, and a large table for enjoying the outdoors. Sauna, yoga deck, children’s play area, pétanque court, ping-pong, and barbecue complete the experience. Shaded or sunny terraces offer complete privacy and tranquility.

Set in a preserved natural environment, between countryside, hills, and the ocean, the property is close to the beaches of Costa da Caparica and Fonte da Telha, ideal for surfing and swimming, and to Sesimbra for diving and kayaking. The Serra da Arrábida offers exceptional hiking trails and panoramic views. Lisbon Airport is 40–60 minutes by car, making it easy to explore the region while returning to the calm and privacy of the house.
