The villa is composed of three distinct modules, each with its own kitchen and living room, ensuring comfort and independence for each family or group. The central house features a large, bright living area with a dining table that can seat up to 16 guests. The décor is minimalist yet warm, highlighting natural materials and creating a peaceful, restful atmosphere.


Outdoors 

Just 100 meters from the house, an infinity pool that can be heated* invites you to relax, surrounded by lush vegetation and offering breathtaking views of the Melides lagoon. A nearby terrace is dedicated to yoga and fitness. Expansive outdoor spaces also provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining or quiet moments immersed in nature.
