Indoors
This former chapel has been finely renovated and decorated to become a luxurious residence.
This superb monument, made with stone of the island (Mares), offers 600 square metres of living space spread over 4 floors.
On the ground floor, guests will find the entrance hall, a private garage, a huge reception room, a large fully equipped family kitchen, a laundry room, an outdoor dining area (on the terrace overlooking the pool) and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet.
On the lower level, guests will enjoy the large living room with TV and access to the summer kitchen with dining area, pool and covered terrace (with Jacuzzi and shower).
The master piece of the house, the magnificent staircase, leads to the first floor. This level has a master suite with en-suite bathroom, a further contemporary lounge around a central fireplace, two double bedrooms sharing a large bathroom, and access to a sun terrace with outdoor shower.
On the second floor there is a bedroom with 4 single beds and its own bathroom, ideal for children. There is also a terrace with access to the roof where there is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV and high quality bed linen.
Outdoors
The property offers pleasant exteriors.
Guests can appreciate several terraces, dining areas and a summer kitchen.
There is also a large pool and an outdoor jacuzzi.
The villa also has a garage for a small car.

Location
Villa Bellesa is situated on a quiet street corner in the heart of the historic centre of Mahon. Thanks to its hilltop location, guests can easily get around on foot.
The house is only a 5-minute walk from the shops and a 10-minute walk from the harbour. The harbour can also be easily reached by car by parking in the large car park above it. A lift then takes you down to the restaurants on the promenade.
A multi-screen cinema is close to the property, as is one of the city's many lovely public gardens. The magnificent Ca'n Oliver Museum is a 3 minute walk away and many cultural activities (such as visiting the Queen's Island) are within easy reach.
