Villa Veraneo is a beautiful property located in Sant Luis, in the south of Menorca. The house, in its current state, was built shortly before the year 2000. However, long before that, it was already an agricultural finca. The property has a singular charm and beautifully landscaped grounds. On the ground floor, guests will discover a large entrance hall, a private meeting room, a large and bright living room with fireplace, a beautiful dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with meal area, a laundry room and two bedrooms (each with independent private bathroom).
On the first floor there is a comfortable living room with video projector, two beautiful bedrooms with private bathroom, and a splendid suite of 100 square metres (with fireplace, TV, private terrace, living room/office, mini kitchen and bathroom).
Outdoors
The villa property is set in several acres of land with a beautiful green garden. This, combined to the tranquility of the surroundings, makes this place a dream location.
On the property, an ecological garden is maintained where many plants and vegetables are produced and where lavender flowers bloom, providing various products (essential oil and natural honey). The authenticity and agricultural spirits of the estate are maintained so that guests can discover and taste local products. In addition, over 500 olive trees and 2 hectares of vineyards are dedicated to the local production of oils and wines.
Guests can also enjoy welcoming terraces, a games room, a cactus park, a chess set, a baby-foot, a barbecue area, a walking and discovery trail (with remarkable areas such as an old cave), a padel tennis court, a 12-hole mini-golf course, a jacuzzi and a beautiful pool (18 x 8 metres).
The property also has several garages.

In July-August, the price includes : half-board cook, 2 sports session with a coach, an excursion to Roy Island, 3 hours of cleaning every 2 days, end of stay cleaning.
In May, June, Septeber and October, the price includes : 3 hours of cleaning every 2 days, end of stay cleaning.
The rest of the year, the price includes : end of stay cleaning.
Location
Villa Veraneo is located on the south-east coast of Menorca, one of the most beautiful places on the island. This green setting offers a perfect place to connect with nature.
Although the finca is located in the countryside in a very private and discreet environment, it is also only 2 minutes drive from the village of San Luis and its amenities, and only a few kilometres from the sea.
Near the villa, guests will be able to discover the crops of the property and an old cave (probably frequented by the talayots, built by the Arabs and used as a refuge for persecuted Christians).
