Indoors 

The house features a large, modern kitchen, fully equipped and opening onto an elegant veranda. Two welcoming living rooms, one inside and one under the veranda, provide ideal spaces for relaxation after a day in the sun. The outdoor dining area, equipped with a large table that can seat 14 guests, is perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends while savoring the sea breeze.


Outdoors 

The villa's exteriors are a true tropical paradise. The infinity pool, measuring 20 x 5 m (min depth: 0.25 m and max depth: 1.50 m) with a shallow area, is perfect for young children or lounging in the water. The private beach tennis court and direct beach access via a charming wooden staircase enhance the home's appeal. A shaded terrace offers spectacular sea views, while a 25 m² kiosk is the perfect spot for reading or relaxing in the shade. There is also parking for 3 buggies or 2 cars.


Staff & Services

The villa is staffed with on-site personnel (they llive in an annex) who remain discreet: a pool attendant visits three times a week, a person prepares breakfast and maintains the rooms, while a technical manager looks after the garden.For groups of more than eight people, hiring an additional staff member is mandatory for an additional cost. A cook for lunches and dinners can also be hired on request for an additional cost.

- Electricity is included, but the use of air conditioning with doors or windows open is not permitted. 
- There is no drinking water in the property's taps. You will need to buy bottled water (delivered to the house).
