Indoors
The living room, open to the ocean and designed as a flexible living space. Air-conditioned and ventilated, protected by mosquito nets, it is equipped with a Sonos audio system, a connected TV and a satellite antenna. A lower level extends this space with a kitchen area, ping-pong table and various games, a configuration that allows both moments of conviviality in common and more informal spaces for children or adolescents.
The semi-professional kitchen is designed for intensive use: a pizza oven, plancha, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, blender and dishwasher are next to a wine cellar. , which allows for both informal meals and more elaborate lunches prepared on site.
The four bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, all facing the ocean, are divided between the main house and bungalows scattered across the grounds.
Bedroom 1, a king-size bed, is directly adjacent to the living room and features a small Nestlé fridge, Nespresso machine and Marshall speaker.
Bedroom 2, also king-sized, occupies a separate bungalow attached to the living room with its own private terrace, Afil fridge and enclosure.
Rooms 3 and 4, queen-size beds, are located in bungalows on the lower level of the grounds and each has a terrace directly overlooking the pool. Each room is air-conditioned, ventilated, equipped with a safe and a connected TV.
Outdoors
The villa is organized around a 20 x 4 metre swimming pool, heated by a system of volcanic tiles—a feature that allows for swimming even when sea temperatures are cooler. The terraces surrounding it directly serve several rooms, including the lower level bungalows with private terraces overlooking the pool.
The elevated position, on the private estate of Gouverneur, affords unobstructed views of the ocean and rolling green hills. A fitness area complements the outdoor equipment, for those who wish to maintain a sports routine during their stay.

The rental of the villa includes the services of a housekeeper, a gardener and a pool cleaner, ensuring the routine maintenance of the property and its outdoor spaces throughout the stay.

Location
The villa is located on the heights of Gouverneur, one of Saint-Barthélemy’s popular residential areas. Gouverneur Beach, renowned for its clear sand and crystal-clear waters, is about four minutes from the property; it has direct access to the sandy beach as well as parking. Gustavia, the island’s capital with its restaurants, cafes and shops, is about an eight-minute drive away, as are the surrounding restaurants. A supermarket is about twelve minutes away, the same distance as between the villa and Saint-Barthélemy airport.
