The heart of the house centres on a living area of approximately 150 m² combining the lounge and dining room, where a grand piano sets the tone for a warm and elegant atmosphere. Fine materials, clean lines and carefully designed lighting create a contemporary aesthetic that is as refined as it is welcoming. The 45 m² fully fitted kitchen combines ergonomics and efficiency, featuring a dining area, seamless access to the terrace and an adjoining utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, second fridge) to make everyday life easier. 


Outdoors 

The large south-facing terrace (approx. 80 m²) forms a natural extension of the reception area and kitchen, featuring a table for 12 guests and an outdoor seating area overlooking the swimming pool. The 1,000 m² landscaped garden, completely secluded from view, offers a rare oasis of greenery in the heart of the city.
