Newly constructed Californian estate property overlooking the bay of Eze offering 4000 sqft of high-end living space. This is the ultimate in glamorous contemporary villa living. Highlighting beautifully detailed accommodations arranged over two levels. Heated infinity swimming pool and unobstructed sea views, all within minutes of the beach. All bedrooms and bathrooms have a sea view.
This incredible property can be rented in 5 or 10 bedrooms.

Indoors

The main villa offers five bedrooms (with king size beds) with ensuite bathrooms and Mediterranean Sea view.
Guests can also enjoy a large open-plan living area and dining room with a fully equipped open concept kitchen spanning to the terrace.
It also features a wine cellar, a bar, a laundy room and a guest toilet.
The main villa can be rented with its 200m2 adjacent part, which comprise 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and a kitchen.


Outdoors

Guests can enjoy the infinity pool with unobstructed views and overflow effect and the rooftop terrace featuring panoramic views of French Riviera.
The villa is situated with 180° views of the mediterranean Sea and surrounding coastal cliffs. It features a dramatic infinity pool with unobstructed views, making it one of the most sought out areas in the villa. It is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine and sea air. If you desire a dip in the sea, you are only a 6 minute walk to the beach.
There is also a parking for 4 or 5 vehicles. 

If the main villa is rented with its adjacent part, you will also be able to enjoy a large garden area of 900m2, an additional pool and 3 additional large terraces with Mediterranean view.

Note : possibility to close and secure the pool access for children ((The pool can be made completely safe for children by closing the surrounding windows).

After a fabulous month in France and London, we're home to the quiet mid-America rolling hills and beautiful Indian summer. I have continued to think of you and to be grateful for our incredible 2 weeks in your wonderfully-appointed villa.
The most fun part of that area was your presence, and the delights you brought with each appearance. It was joyful to experience your glorious part of the world, and to be with our precious children.
Indeed, it was a most beautiful, remarkable stay. If ever you happen through Iowa, you have a 'standing invitation' in our home.
To have had the opportunity to see Southern France with those we love brings
sweet sensitivity within our souls. Thank you for being a splendid host, with the spirit and
fervour everyone can relish for many years to come.
Your 'presence' will remain in our hearts and staying in touch would be marvelous.

Our vacation at the Villa Angelique during the Monaco Grand Prix was exceptional. They
recently completed renovations to the garden and pool area and I must say it is in incredible taste! Everything is absolutely TOP of the line.
From the infinity pool to the interior of the house, you are engulfed in a high class environment. Swimming in the pool while you look out to the mediterranean sea makes the vacation turn in to a relaxation.
The house has 5 bedrooms, each with a different feel. Simply done but in exceptional taste. I would recommend this property over and over again, just don't go the weekend I want to be there!!
This 5 bedroom Villa swoops you off your feet from the moment you walk in the door. First you enter this nice garden that leads you to the infinity pool and deck area. The pool perfectly connects its edge to the French Riviera Mediterranean Sea. The sun hits you and engulfs you in warmth. Then you walk into the incredible 5 bedroom house. A feeling of royalty and yet at the same time you are instantly comfortable and at ease.
I never wanted to leave the Villa. It takes you out of your every day life and
immediately creates a feeling of relaxation and zen.
That is before you even meet the site
manager! He does an incredible job of tending to ANY of your needs and is always available.

We had a great time at Villa Angelique.
The villa was very comfortable and very convenient. The arrangements to get to the villa were perfect and the villa manager was fantastic. Really easy going and very helpful.
We had a great time and will probably take another holiday there in the future.
Thank you for all your help in arranging it. Can't think of anything to help improve the
experience - it was great and Magic!!

Thank you for a lovely week in your beautiful villa.
Everything was as we expected on arrival and you made us feel very welcome.
The villa was ideally situated for visits to Eze Village, Beaulieu, La Turbie and Monaco.
We had 2 fabulous candle lit dinners with live music and great food at Anjouna Beach restaurant just below us (thank you for the recommendation).
The view from the villa was beautiful and you helpfullness made our week very relaxing.
The pool and the view are fantastic!

Wow! What a wonderful villa! Just right for people of any age. My husband, our friend (aged
87) and I found the location of the property to be perfect. It is just a few minutes walk to the Mediterranean. Easy walking to beachside restaurants, shops and a fruit stall.
It's a short and scenic drive to Beaulieu with its Super U supermarket (it also sells great bottles of French wine at reasonable prices), good cafes and restaurants.
Other places we visited were the port at Villefranche with its colourful Italianate facades and bright cafes facing the sea; Saint Jean Cap Ferrat with its beautiful homes and a boulangerie which stays open till late; and one of my favorite places in the world - Eze Village. It can be seen perched on its hilltop from the Villa's terrace and pool.
We enjoyed lunches at the Chateau Chevre d'Or and fascinating walks in this
very old village.
The exciting Monaco is only about 10 minutes drive away.
The inside of Villa Angelique is well proportioned with comfortable furniture and delicious views. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is so practical. Everything is well maintained. The air-conditioning was well used during our stay as the summer was quite hot. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher so there was no arguing over the washing up.
We felt very secure with the intercom, locking gate and the garage with the auto door though the area around is a peaceful neighbourhood anyway.
Upon our arrival we were greeted by John who really made us feel so welcome.
All in all, a great place to rest and unwind and enjoy the Cote d'Azur and we have recommended Villa Angelique to our family and friends.

Wow, the pictures don't do this place justice. What a great time. The rental process was flawless.
Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay multiple days. Clean, secure,
comfortable. We had an incredible vacation in this villa.
The key holder was so nice and helpful for everything we needed! We were on the
Mediterranean ocean, looking at Eze village..... just in front of us. Just magic!
