Indoors
This 315 square metres house, spread over two levels, was completely renovated in 2021.
Facing south and the sea, it has spacious and very bright interiors.
On the ground floor, guests will appreciate the large open and fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable living rooms, a dining room, two bedrooms (including a master suite), two bathrooms and a laundry room.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and an office. This level also offers another living room with television and a balcony with sea view.
Outdoors
Outside, guests can take advantage of the large terrace with palm trees, comfortably furnished and perfect for convivial moments with family and friends.
They can also enjoy the splendid infinity pool with view of the cala, which is accessible on foot via a path in front of the villa.
