Indoors
The apartment has a modern and welcoming décor. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, oven, induction hob and more. The living room has a television and a Bose sound system for entertainment. The dining area is perfect for convivial moments.
The master bedroom, which opens onto the terrace, has a double bed and an elegant shower room with double sinks and a toilet. The second bedroom, although windowless, offers two raised single beds with its own shower room. Separate bathroom facilities with a toilet and sink complete this space.
The residence offers a wellness area with a Nordic bath, sauna and gym.

The south-facing terrace is ideal for enjoying the surrounding views.
